NERA Associate Director Dominik Hübler will join Watson Farley & Williams (WFW) Partner Dr Christine Bader at an upcoming webinar to take an in-depth look at recent German offshore wind auction results where all three auctioned sites were awarded “zero subsidy” contracts. Two of the sites had to be allocated by a random draw under Germany’s auction rules.
Mr Hübler and Dr Bader will discuss this year’s auction, focusing on the rules and results and will then conduct an international comparison. They will also examine implications for German offshore wind M&A and possible changes to offshore wind regulations going forward.
