On 29 November, NERA Associate Director Dr. C- Philipp Heller will participate in a conversation titled “Private Enforcement: Update on Trucks, Air Cargo, RoRo & Other Significant Cases,” at the Competition in Transport conference.
Joining Dr. Heller on the panel will be Till Schreiber, Director at Cartel Damage Claims and Osborne Clarke Partner Thomas Funke. Together they will:
- Provide an update on Trucks litigation across Europe.
- Review of RoRo, Air Cargo, car carriers and other significant cases.
- Explore new theories of harm.
