On 19 May, NERA Associate Director Dr. C.-Philipp Heller spoke on a panel discussing “Economic Analysis in the Recent Case Law of the EU Court of Justice” at a seminar organized by the EUI Florence Competition Programme and hosted by Bird & Bird in Brussels.
Dr. Heller and others discussed the book, “Economic Analysis of EU Competition Policy”, recently published by Edward Elgar Publishing. Dr. Heller co-authored chapter on quantifying damage from competition law infringements to the book.
