Associate Director Dr. Alexandre Carbonnel will address the increasing complexity of market definition in recent pharmaceutical antitrust cases at Université de Lille’s “L’application Du Droit de la Concurrence au Secteur Pharmaceutique” colloquium.
Dr. Carbonnel and panelists including Rainer Becker, Head of Unit in the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Competition and Laurent Pitet, General Counsel of Bayer Healthcare will discuss topics including decision-making practice of the European Commission, market definition, entry deferral agreements, denigration, and pricing practices. Professor Emeritus Laurence Idot will be moderate this discussion.
