NERA Director Dr. Niraja Srinivasan will join a panel of experts from the US Treasury, Internal Revenue Service, in-house, and law firms to dissect transfer pricing issues facing taxpayers now and in the near future at the Federal Bar Association Section on Taxation 46th Annual Tax Law Conference on 4 March 2022 at 12:30 pm ET. The panelists will discuss transfer pricing regulatory items on the IRS Priority Guidance Plan, trends in recent transfer pricing cases, APA and MAP processes and best practices, the impact of COVID-19, and the potential interaction between concepts associated with the OECD’s Pillar One and US transfer pricing.
