NERA Vice President Richard Marsden and Senior Vice President Dr. Jeffrey Eisenach each moderated panel sessions at Forum Global's 4th Annual Americas Spectrum Management Conference, which took place in Washington, DC in November 2014. Mr. Marsden chaired the "Incentive Auctions: Overcoming the Key Policy and Technology Challenges" session, while Dr. Eisenach chaired a session titled "Future of Terrestrial Broadcasting: Reverse Auctions and Beyond."
