Associate Director Dr. Ai Deng’s paper “From the Dark Side to the Bright Side: Exploring Algorithmic Antitrust Compliance” is cited in Guidelines on Antitrust Compliance Programs, produced by Peru's National Consumer Protection Authority, Indecopi. He will present his findings via video during a launch event. Dr. Deng discusses several potential pathways to algorithmic compliance and argues that a robust compliance program should take a holistic and multi-faceted view.
