On 27 November 2017, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed into law legislation adopting country-by-country reporting, requiring disclosure of a multi-national group's structure, and providing for the exchange of financial information with foreign authorities. The law also postpones the alignment of domestic transfer pricing documentation until 2018.
