Estimating Lost Profits from Construction Delays of Oil Refinery Upgrade in Southern Europe

NERA was retained by an energy company in Southern Europe to assess lost profits arising from construction delays in the upgrade of its refineries. NERA provided three expert reports and Dr. Hern provided oral testimony at ICC hearings in Paris.
