Examining Effect of Pollutant Exposure Measurement Error on Relational Estimates

For the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, NERA conducted a study to determine how exposure measurement error affects epidemiological models’ detection of non-linearity in concentration-response functions for fine particulate matter. We found error can obscure the existence of nonlinearity and lead to poor estimates.
