Procurement Administrator for Carbon Mitigation Credits from Carbon-Free Energy Resources for Commonwealth Edison Company

NERA and the Illinois Power Agency developed a procurement event to purchase Carbon Mitigation Credits (CMCs) from Carbon-free Energy Resources (a nuclear power-fueled generation facility) to further Illinois’ clean energy efforts. The event procured CMCs for Commonwealth Edison Company via a five-year contract.
