Studying the Potential of Load Flexibility and a Resource Adequacy Mechanism for ESB

NERA evaluated the potential for load flexibility in the Australian NEM through a PLEXOS power system modelling exercise on behalf of the Energy Security Board. We also assessed the impact of a proposed Resource Adequacy Mechanism in the NEM.
