Advising the Government of Uzbekistan in Power Sector Reforms

NERA led a consortium of advisers assisting in Uzbekistan’s electricity sector reforms. The team conducted regulatory gap analysis, advised on developing and assessing electricity sector restructuring options, identified detailed implementation issues, and assisted in the implementation of the reforms.
