Designing a New Transmission Tariff for the Alberta Electricity System Operator

NERA reviewed the Alberta Electricity System Operator’s electricity transmission tariff charged for use of the Albertan electricity transmission system and developed recommendations for improvement. We provided expert testimony before the Alberta Utilities Commission on recommended tariff design.
