Designing Wheeling and Connection Charges

NERA advised a Middle Eastern transmission operator on the design of wheeling and connection charges, developing recommendations on the structure of tariffs and the implementation roadmap for the proposed reforms. Our recommendations considered the cost reflective tariffs that should apply to self supply customers that rely on the grid for back-up services.
