Technical Comments on the US EPA’s Cost Modeling for the Federal ‘Good Neighbor Plan’

On behalf of a natural gas pipeline transportation company, NERA commented on the US Environmental Protection Agency’s methodology for calculating the costs of meeting NOx emission limits set forth in the Federal Good Neighbor Plan for the Pipeline Transportation of Natural Gas Sector.
