Advising Department of Energy Security and Net Zero on the Allocation Framework Design for the Clean Industry Bonus for CfDs

A team from NERA reviewed the DESNZ draft allocation framework, drawing out gaming vulnerabilities and proposed mitigations. The team produced an auction template and used NERA’s existing supply chain costs research to model mock bids and run illustrative auction scenarios.
