Designing and Implementing a “Low-Carbon CfD” in Romania

NERA designed a “low-carbon contract for difference” support scheme to support renewable energy technologies and implemented an auction to procure projects under the scheme for the Romanian government. We frequently assist authorities in applications for state aid approval from the European Commission.
