Providing Quantum Assessment in a Solar Investor-State Dispute in Romania

NERA assessed losses to a solar investor following changes in Romania’s renewable generation incentive scheme. We provided a damages assessment in two reports, and Dr. Hern and Mr. Grayburn provided oral testimony at ICSID hearings in Paris.
