Providing Strategic Advice to a National Lottery Operator

NERA provided advice on the regulation of the National Lottery, including scoping the regulator’s duties and identifying steps the operator could take to improve oversight by its regulator. Our work was used to reframe the regulatory strategy of the operator in question.
