Assessing Losses in an Investor-State Renewables Dispute in Poland

On behalf of the Republic of Poland, NERA assessed losses to an investor in a case concerning its entitlement to green certificates under the renewable energy generation scheme. We provided a damages assessment in two expert reports and Mr. Grayburn provided oral testimony at ICSID hearings in The Hague.
