Alexis Jin is a Consultant and Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) charterholder in NERA’s Global Transfer Pricing Practice. Her areas of expertise include transfer pricing planning post-restructuring and M&A, risk assessment, compliance documentation, tax audit defense, tax dispute resolution, and intangible related topics such as IP valuation, cost sharing arrangements, royalty arrangements, among others. She is involved in the preparation and negotiation of several Advance Pricing Agreements (APA) and Mutual Agreement Procedure (MAP) with tax authorities in North America, Asia Pacific, and Europe, as well as the design and implementation of global profit split systems that help clients align profit allocation worldwide with value creation. She implements proper, innovative adjustments to improve the reliability of the TP analysis and conducts sounds economic analysis based on detailed functional reviews and complete value chain analysis.

Ms. Jin advises multinational corporations on complex intercompany transactions and focuses on providing in-depth, thorough analysis to help clients solve their most pressing TP problems. She has worked with clients in a variety of industries including automotive, industrial machinery, pharmaceutical, consumer products, technology, retail, transportation, and others.

Ms. Jin received a Master of Arts in International Economics and Finance from Brandeis University and a Bachelor of Engineering from Donghua University in Shanghai. She is a member of CFA Society of Chicago.
