Mattia Dolci provides economic analysis in litigation and international arbitration matters pertaining to securities and finance. He has examined issues relating to damages quantification, causation of loss, the price sensitivity of information, the share price impact of alleged accounting misstatements, market efficiency, class certification, and settlement prediction.


Mr. Dolci has experience managing and consulting on over 30 cases involving securities class actions, breaches of contract, and valuations. He works with clients in various markets and jurisdictions including the US and Canada.

Mr. Dolci has worked on cases involving natural resource companies (i.e., mining and oil and gas), industrial machinery manufacturers, aerospace manufacturers, banks, higher education institutions, and companies active in the Canadian cannabis market.

He is a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) charterholder.
