Mr. Wang is a Consultant in NERA’s Securities and Finance Practice. He has managed and consulted on more than 50 litigation and advisory matters involving breach of contract cases, investment valuations, securities class actions, mass tort and product liability forecasts, and regulatory investigations. He has worked on projects involving various markets and jurisdictions, including China, Mexico, Canada, and the United States. He has testified at trial in Macau, China, on issues related to an alleged breach of contract.
Mr. Wang has extensive experience applying economic, statistical, and financial models to the quantification of damages. He has performed damages analysis for matters involving alleged violations of securities and ERISA laws, alleged collusive trading strategies in sovereign bonds markets, and alleged breaches of contract. Mr. Wang has experience working on matters involving valuation of early-stage companies and evaluation of new business opportunities. In addition, Mr. Wang has assessed the potential exposure from product liability and mass tort issues for pharmaceutical companies, consumer product companies, industrial machinery manufactures, and providers of pest control services.
