Mr. Dolci has experience managing and consulting on over 30 cases involving securities class actions, breaches of contract, and valuations. He works with clients in various markets and jurisdictions including the US and Canada.
Mr. Dolci has worked on cases involving natural resource companies (i.e., mining and oil and gas), industrial machinery manufacturers, aerospace manufacturers, banks, higher education institutions, and companies active in the Canadian cannabis market.
He is a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) charterholder.
