Mr. Suarez Urtaza has designed an electricity tariff for a utility company in the United Arab Emirates, advised investors in the regulatory due diligence process for the acquisition of electricity distribution networks in Great Britain and Southern Europe, and assessed damages in international arbitration disputes in the South Caucasus and Latin America.
