Dr. Slobodan Sudaric is a Consultant in NERA's Berlin office, specialized on matters of competition economics. He advises clients in international arbitration proceedings, damages litigation, administrative antitrust investigations, as well as national and international merger notifications. His work covers a range of regulated and non-regulated industries, including natural gas, pharmaceuticals, medical devices and transportation infrastructure. He applies a variety of empirical, computational and game-theoretic methods and provided expert advice, for example, in the context of abuse of dominance cases in the gas pipeline industry and patent licensing disputes in the pharmaceutical industry.

Dr. Sudaric has written peer-reviewed articles on competition in data-driven industries, the centralised sale of sports media rights, network regulation for telecommunication infrastructure, and the quantification of damages in cartel damages litigation. His work has been published in journals such as the International Journal of Industrial Organization, Information Economics and Policy, New Journal of Antitrust Law (NZKart), and CPI's Antitrust Chronicle.
