NERA Vice President Dr. Sharon Brown-Hruska was invited to participate in a panel discussion on global regulatory initiates and harmonization efforts at the Washington, DC offices of Morrison & Foerster LLP on 13 June 2011. Joining her on the panel were Bradley D. Belt of the Milken Institute and Roberta Karmel of Brooklyn Law School. The program also included a keynote address by 2011 Regulatory Innovation Award winner Eddy Wymeersch, who was central to the formation of ESMA, the first pan-European regulatory authority.
