NERA Consultant Max Luke will deliver a presentation to the Energy and Environment Bureau of the Office of the Massachusetts Attorney General. Drawing from his 2018 Joule article “Getting to Zero Carbon Emissions in the Electric Power Sector,” Mr. Luke will offer insight into the economic implications of decarbonization strategies in Massachusetts and New England.
