Much of the focus in the transfer pricing world during the BEPS project has been on allocating income from intangibles to locations where functions are performed, assets are used, and risks are assumed in connection with the development, enhancement, maintenance, protection, and exploitation of intangibles. The OECD’s “Transfer Pricing Guidance on Financial Transactions” report applies these same principles to financial transactions between members of a multinational enterprise.

On 26 October at 7:00 am EDT, NERA’s Chair of Global Transfer Pricing Dr. Emmanuel Llinares and Associate Director Amanda Pletz will lead a webinar called “Financial Transactions” as part of Cambridge Forum’s International Forum on Transfer Pricing Law 2021.

Accompanied by De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek Partner Maarten van der Weijden, the panel of distinguished experts will discuss various ways multinational enterprises may change when dealing with the transfer pricing of intercompany financial transactions.
