Louise Sykes is Head of Transfer Pricing at AXA XL, the Property, Casualty and Specialty risk division of AXA, and is also a member of the Business Advisory Group to the OECD on the Global Minimum Corporate Tax (Pillar 2). In the post-BEPS world she is particularly focused on transparency, consistency, implementation and ensuring that TP is grounded in the business. Louise has over 15 years in-house tax experience, specialising in supporting business and finance colleagues, audit/PE defence and APAs. Prior to joining AXA XL she led TP functions in the banking and technology sectors and started her career with PwC, initially in the UK followed by several years in Central/Eastern Europe. She is a UK Chartered Accountant and has a degree in history from the University of Oxford.
