17th Annual Capital Markets Conference: The New Age of Capital Markets Supervision

The Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago hosted its 17th annual capital markets conference on 7-9 November 2011. The conference is organized each year as part of the training program for regulatory and supervisory senior staff within the Federal Reserve System, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). NERA Industry Affiliate Dr. James Overdahl, former Chief Economist at both the SEC and the CFTC, moderated a panel discussion entitled "Trading in 21st Century."
