NERA Senior Vice President Dr. Faten Sabry was invited to speak on a panel addressing the Dodd-Frank Act, derivatives, central clearing, and other timely topics related to financial reform. Dr. Sabry presented "The Canary in the Coal Mine: Derivatives and the Credit Crisis," which provided an explanation of swaps and their role in the ongoing financial crisis. The panel was organized by the New York County Lawyers Association, and was hosted by Bingham McCutchen LLP in New York City on 25 May 2011.
