New York, New York
11 December 2012
Hosted By: the New York City Bar
Years after the financial crisis and the burst of the housing bubble, securities litigation and enforcement proceedings arising from these events continue to multiply. In addition, recent US Supreme Court and federal circuit court opinions have dramatically changed the securities litigation landscape. This program, hosted by the New York City Bar on 11 December 2012, provided a comprehensive overview of recent trends, developments, and cutting-edge issues in securities litigation and enforcement. NERA Senior Vice President Dr. David Tabak provided his insights in a session entitled "Effective Ways to Use Expert Witnesses and Consultants in Litigation and Enforcement Proceedings."
