Experts from NERA's Securities and Finance Practice participated in a live audio broadcast, hosted by the SEC Historical Society on 24 July 2012, examining current economic issues in financial regulation. Former Senior Vice President Dr. John Montgomery discussed the regulation of high-frequency trading, Industry Affiliate Dr. James Overdahl discussed recent trends in SEC settlements, and Senior Consultant Dr. Alan Grant discussed biases in hedge fund performance reporting. The ninth annual installment of the "Best of NERA" program was moderated by Professor Arthur Laby of Rutgers University Camden School of Law.
