In this NERA seminar, held in London on 9 October 2013, a distinguished panel of regulators, litigators, arbitrators, and economists examined recent developments in regulatory enforcement, litigation, and international arbitration, through lively discussion and debate. The program began with a general session on financial services regulation and enforcement, and was then divided into two breakout sessions: the first focused on banking and finance litigation; the second examined international arbitration and commercial disputes.

Dr. Andrew Carron, Senior Vice Presidents Dr. Vinita Juneja, Dr. Faten Sabry, and Associate Director Robert Patton participated in the discussions. The seminar featured a keynote address by Tracey McDermott, Director of Enforcement and Financial Crime, Financial Conduct Authority.
