The Institute for Law & Economic Policy held its 20th annual symposium in Boca Raton, Florida on 3-4 April 2014. This year's program was entitled "Business Litigation and Regulatory Agency Review in the Era of the Roberts Court." On Friday, 4 April, NERA Senior Vice President Dr. David Tabak participated as a commenter in a panel on the future of the fraud-on-the-market theory in class action cases. Dr. Tabak discussed three papers presented in the panel and provided thoughts on possible results of the US Supreme Court's expected ruling in Halliburton.
