On 5 October 2015, the OECD released the final Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) Report. This long-awaited report is the result of over two years of intense discussions, and is bound to have lasting implications on corporate income tax legislation and practice--including transfer pricing--going forward.

Please join NERA Economic Consulting for our Second Annual Transfer Pricing for Financial Services Seminar. The event will feature keynote speaker Martin Powell, HMRC MAP Team Leader, and presentations on recent developments in transfer pricing and the implications for the financial services industry from Louise Li, International Tax Director of Wells Fargo Bank, and economists with NERA’s Transfer Pricing practice. The panelists will notably cover:

  • The changes that the BEPS report may lead to in terms of tax authorities' practice in the context of field audits;
  • How multinational enterprises will need to deal with transfer pricing challenges in a post-BEPS environment; and
  • Consequences in terms of analyzing and documenting controlled transactions.

Registration: 17.30
Seminar: 18.00
