NERA Vice President Dr. Sugandha Tuladhar was invited to speak on a panel discussion at a symposium held at New York University School of Law on 17 February 2015. The program was co-organized by the NYU Environmental Law Journal and NYU Environmental Law Society along with the NYU Guarini Center on Environmental and Land Use Law. Dr. Tuladhar's presentation focused on the economics and limits of natural gas exports from the United States, and criteria that the DOE's Office of Fossil Energy should use in making public interest determinations under Article 3 of the Natural Gas Act.
