This two-day conference, hosted by the American Bar Association’s Criminal Justice Section, will focus on topics such as market misconduct and international enforcement cooperation. NERA Senior Vice President and Global Co-Chair of the White Collar, Investigations and Enforcement Practice, Dr. Vinita Juneja, will join the panel entitled “Internal Investigations-Tabletop Exercise”. Dr. Juneja and lawyers from jurisdictions across the globe will consider the issues raised by a corporate scandal. The panel will address how to handle whistleblowers, witnesses, suspects, and public relations, in the context of a multijurisdictional investigation conducted first by the lawyers, and then by the state investigators.
