The ITR Global Transfer Pricing Forum – Europe 2016 addressed global issues from BEPS to technology; IP regimes to dispute resolution; and the digital economy to financial transactions. NERA Director and Head of Global Transfer Pricing Dr. Emmanuel Llinares, and NERA Principal Philip de Homont, contributed to a panel on IP regimes, discussing the arguments for and against a concept of implementing an IP regime to attract research and development to a country.
