NERA Director Mary Elizabeth Stern will participate in a panel discussion at The New York Asbestos Litigation Conference, taking place in New York City on 6 December 2016. Ms. Stern will discuss national trends in asbestos litigation and assess current patterns for filings, resolutions, and total indemnity payments, among other metrics. She will also provide insights into how those trends impact New York City Asbestos Litigation (NYCAL).
