On 8 December 2016, The American Association for Justice (AAJ) hosted a roundtable discussion on recent federal securities law decisions during its signature winter event—Weekend with the Stars—at the Westin New York at Times Square in NYC.

NERA Managing Director Dr. David Tabak was invited to participate in the roundtable to discuss hot topics in securities litigation including the materialization-of-the-risk theory of liability, the “price-maintenance” theory of inflation, and how to prove or disprove price impact.
