On 7 March 2017, Principal Ralph Meghames spoke at “Fiscalité Pharmaceutique: Les Éléments À  Prendre en Compte en 2017 Pour Sécuriser la Gestion Fiscale de Votre Enterprise,” a conference organized by the IFIS (Pharmaceutical Industry Learning Center) and the LEEM (French Pharmaceutical Companies Union). During this seminar, Mr. Meghames and co-presenter Julien Le Guyader, Partner at Dentons on the Life Sciences Team, commented on the OECD base erosion and profit shifting (BEPS) action points on intangibles, as well as recent French legislation and judgments in the pharmaceutical industry. They then discussed the role of value chain analysis and economic analysis in this context and ended with the presentation of relevant case studies.
