NERA Associate Director Robert Patton will present at Clyde & Co’s conference “Quantum in securities claims—a global perspective” on 3 October 2017 in London. Drawing on the analysis of leading economic consultants at NERA, this panel will look at trends in securities claims, jurisdictional differences, and the basis upon which damages are assessed in the US, Canada and Australia, and will touch on emerging jurisdictions such as the UK.
