NERA Transfer Pricing experts Dr. Vladimir Starkov and Romero Tavares will speak at the 2018 TPMinds Americas conference, 20-22 February, in Miami, FL.

On Thursday, 22 February, they will address the challenges in structuring intercompany debt, successfully conducting a VCA Analysis, and permanent establishments and attribution of profits in the workshop “Practical Value Chain Analysis – Designing, Defending, and Documenting your TP Policy.”

Dr. Starkov will also participate in the panel, “Taxing the Digital Economy – What Will the New OECD Focus on Digital Economy Taxation Mean for your Industry?” In this session he and senior tax and transfer pricing officials with GE Digital, NCR Corporation, and Temenos will discuss what the latest policy developments will mean for businesses and what can be done to help shape future policy.
