Dr. Vinita Juneja, Managing Director and Chair of NERA’s White Collar, Investigations, and Enforcement Practice will present a webcast focused on fraud-on-the-market hosted by The Knowledge Group. In “The Fraud-on-the-Market Doctrine: Recent Trends, Developments and Legal Challenges,” Dr. Juneja  will address fraud-on-the-market’s relation to market efficiency, materiality and price impact from an economic perspective.  Her co-speakers, Michele Rose of Murphy & McGonigle, Emma Gilmore of Pomerantz, LLP and Clint Corrie of QSLWM, will join her in discussing how fraud-on-the-market theory has recently been addressed in court.
