Associate Director Jorge Baez will speak at the Business Law Section of the Florida Bar’s 37th Annual Federal Securities Institute. As a panelist in the session called “Private Securities Litigation,” Mr. Baez will discuss trends in securities class actions and the economics of price impact analysis.
