Managing Director Dr. Yves Hervé and Associate Director Philip de Homont will speak at Uniglobal’s 6th Annual Corporate Tax Summit on 17–18 October in Frankfurt. Dr. Hervé will speak on the subject of DEMPE analysis and participate in a panel on the OECD consultation document “Addressing the Tax Challenges of the Digitalization of the Economy.” Mr. de Homont will discuss hard-to-value intangibles in light of BEPS and suggest methodological approaches to avoid adjustments.
