Associate Director Timothy McKenna will speak at the Association of Corporate Counsel’s Corporate & Securities CLE Institute on 11 September in Philadelphia. Mr. McKenna will discuss securities litigation, including trends in securities class actions and the increase of Securities Act cases in state courts.
